About

Our corner apartments are perfect for working remotely. One bedroom with a queensize bed, a bathroom with shower (hot water) and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen serve all you need to enjoy work from remote in our paradise at the famous Playa Tamarindo. A big terrace with ocean view offers also a great spot to observe our animal live from humming birds, iguanas to howler monkeys in the morning. Located on top of a hill is "la colina" a space where you can enjoy live !

Good to know

All of our apartments provide a fully equipped kitchen and are combined with living room. The corner rooms offer a huge terrace and are perfect for relaxing or working. Enjoy the ocean view, humming birds, iguanas and more nature live from our corner apartments. Our bathrooms offer hot and cold water and and a big shower. We are offering linen and sheets as well as towels. We also offer a laundry service. If you want to have us take care of your laundry, just contact us and we will be happy to wash them. - our apartments are cleaned once a week - towels are changed twice a week - lining and sheets are changed once a week - garbage is collected every day Our fridges always include a freezer section.

We offer laundry service and support you with activities and help you wherever help is needed since we are very good connected. Please note, that we have a no-pets policy at our location.

Neighborhood

The area around is is very quiet, since it is located on a hill the name "La Colina" promises. The main street is a couple walking minutes away, so we do not get any of the noise. The beach is 5 walking minutes away and town center is 10-15 minutes walking distance - depending on your walking speed. Playa Tamarindo is located on the Nicoya Penisula on the Northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the province of Guanacaste. The main attractions are surfing and eco-tourism. There are several surfing schools located on the main strip along with surf board rentals. The eco-friendly activities include watching turtles during nesting season, diving, snorkeling, zip-lining, horseback riding and fishing.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a month. We loved it. The views are absolutely incredible. The location was close to town. They cleaned the rooms every few days which was really nice! I would recommend this place

we spent 3 weeks at Hans condo. we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets from the balcony with ocean view. we also enjoyed our swims in the large pool. the staff were very friendly and helpful. we would definitely staff again.

Airport The international Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia (LIR) is open for international arrivals, taking flights to and from the USA and Canada. It is just a 60 minute drive from Tamarindo. Car rental is available at the airport or we can arrange private transportation at your request. The Norman Y. Mineta International Airport (SJO) located in San Jose is a 3 1/2 to 5 hour drive depending on traffic. Car rental and bus service to Tamarindo are available at the airport. Bus Bus and private shuttle transportation are available at both San Jose and Liberia airports to Tamarindo Car Most major car rental companies have offices at the airports offering both standard and manual transmission cars for around $50 a day. It's recommended to choose a vehicle with 4-wheel-drive as roads are unpaved and can be harsh on cars. Travelers must have a valid driver's license from their home country to rent a car – an international driver's license is not necessary. Driving directions from airport in San Jose to Tamarindo - Take the Interamerican Highway (northbound), drive until you reach the town of Palma, then continue on to La Amistad Bridge. In Puerto Moreno, continue on until Nicoya and Santa Cruz. There, turn toward the town of Veintisiete de Abril and follow the signs to Tamarindo. Driving directions from airport in Liberia to Tamarindo - Exit airport turn right when you get to the main road. Shortly after passing through Filadelfia and Belen, make a right turn toward Tamarindo. After about 20 minutes, you will come to a cross-road town called Huacas. The signs will say to turn left to go to Tamarindo. After 10 minutes turn right following the Tamarindo sign in a cross road town called Villareal. Drive for 4 minutes and you will be in Tamarindo.
